What is Dear Mama Mail?

Dear Mama Mail is a mail subscription for special needs moms, offering a card of encouragement that meets moms right where they are and reminds them they’re never alone. Each month, moms receive a postcard written by singer-songwriter Amy Sullivan directly to their home.

When are cards mailed each month?

Cards are mailed on on the first of every month. We will ship cards again on the 15th of each month for any mamas who have signed up after the first. You shouldn’t have to wait longer than 2-3 weeks before your card arrives!

What does the card contain?

Each card will be focused on a different topic close to the special needs mama heart.  Recipients can expect to be encouraged in themes like dealing with a diagnosis, feelings of loneliness, finding gratitude, the importance of self-care, and hope for the journey.

I know a mama who would love this - can I gift a subscription?

Absolutely! This subscription is such a special gift to give to a friend or family member! Once we’re live, just head over to our Subscriptions page and check out the options to gift a 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month subscription.

Do subscriptions automatically renew?

All of our subscriptions are paid for in full at the time of ordering, regardless of how many months you’d like to receive a card. When it comes time to send your final card of the package you chose, we’ll send you an email to see if you’d like to sign up again for more!

How do I change my mailing address?

Send us an email to orders@dearmamamail.com with your current and new address and we’ll get it switched over asap! Please note: cards are send out on the 1st of every month
